| Resumen : | El gusano de Taenia solium se obtuvo del intestino delgado de hámster dorado inmunosuprido por 30 días, previamente infectado con 10 metacéstodos. El tejido fue incluido en resina y se realizaron cortes de 10 micras de grosor teñidos con anticuerpos fluoresceinados para la identificación de alfa-tubulina (verde) y actina (rojo). Los cortes se estudiaron en un microscopio confocal OLYMPUS aumento 60x, zoom 10. Se observa la distribución de alfa-tubulina y actina en las células flama, los núcleos fueron teñidos con DAPI (azul) (A y B), "Nomarsky" técnica por óptica de contraste interdiferencial (B y C). A) Se aprecian numerosos cilios marcados con alfa-tubulina y la estructura que rodea a los cilios en rojo por la presencia de actina.; B) Corresponde a la combinación de las imágenes de células flama teñidas con anticuerpos fluoresceinados y Nomarsky; C) Células flama en Nomarsky. |
| Abstract : | The worm was obtained from the small bowel of a golden hamster under 30 days of immunosuppression previously infected orally with 10 Taenia solium metacestodes. The tissue was included in resin and 10 micron thick sections were stained with fluoresceinated antibodies directed against alpha-tubulin (green) and actin (red). The slices were observed under an OLYMPUS confocal microscope, at 60x magnification with a digital zoom of 10. The distribution of alpha-tubulin and actin in the flame cells is observed while the nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue) (A and B) and "Nomarsky" technique by Interdifferential contrast optics where used (B and C). A) There are numerous cilia marked with alpha-tubulin and the structure that surrounds the cilia in red is due to the presence of actin; B) Corresponds to the combination of the images of flame cells stained with fluoresceinated antibodies and Nomarsky; C) Flame cells under Nomarsky. |
